Patient payment and engagement platform Cedar has launched the upgraded version of its flagship product Cedar Pay.

The new product, equipped with multiple updates, aims to facilitate and simplify patient billing experience.

The new platform utilises advanced data science, machine learning and smart segmentation to provide comprehensive information on patient communication and payment preferences.

The new enhancements in Cedar Pay include Truly Unified Billing and Dynamic Personalized Segmentation.

The Truly Unified Billing service enables the patients to view all transactions at one place as well as bills of other family members linked with their account.

Under the Dynamic Personalized Segmentation feature, Cedar Pay allows to utilise additional opportunities to personalise the patient journey.

Additionally, it simplifies the payments by enabling access to the online dashboard by entering email or phone number.
