BT’s partnership network is part of its new Enterprise Customer Charter, which includes several initiatives to help enhance businesses in the UK and the public sector, among others.
It aims to serve micro enterprises that employs 0-5 people. The network also seeks to provide a range of services to stakeholders in the fields of broadband, mobile, connected devices and digital marketing.
BT Group small office/home office unit (SoHo) MD Chris Sims said: “We want technology, skills and expertise to be as accessible as possible for small businesses, and our partnerships with Barclaycard and FSB will provide our customers with exclusive offers and benefits across broadband, mobile, digital marketing and connected devices over the coming year.
“We look forward to adding more partners to our partnership network over the coming weeks to offer an even broader range of benefits to our customers.”
In June, BT Group rolled out its partnership network, with The Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) as the launch partner of the network.
With the latest addition of Barclaycard Payments, FSB members will be able to receive solutions offered by Barclaycard. They can also apply for up to £250 to carry out their own social media and digital advertising drives with the help of BT’s Digital Marketing Hub.
Using AI-driven digital solutions, small businesses are expected to develop and share marketing campaigns across social media platforms quickly.
