US-based Frontier Airlines, in partnership with Barclays, has upgraded and relaunched its World Mastercard credit card focussed on reward points.
By spending on the new card, users can unlock Elite Status and earn miles on various purchases, including Frontier bookings and restaurants.

The upgraded Frontier Airlines World Mastercard also provides additional benefits such as priority boarding, waiver on award redemption fee and family pooling.
Furthermore, the card comes with zero transaction fees on international purchases and fraud liability protection on unauthorised charges.
Frontier Airlines vice-president of marketing Tyri Squyres said: “Giving our cardmembers opportunities to earn more miles, along with the ability to earn Elite Status through credit card spend alone, makes it easy for every type of flyer to experience our Low Fares Done Right and enjoy the exclusive benefits of myFRONTIER Miles Elite Status.”
Barclays senior director of airline partnerships Kristyn Forrester added: “The new earning structure and additional benefits of this card reward everyone from first-time flyers to frequent flyers, adding value to your everyday spending and making air travel attainable for all.
