Technology provider, Availpro has partnered with Worldline to offer an omnichannel solution for e-commerce payment services.
The omnichannel solution will be based on Worldline’s Online Payment Acceptance Solution. It will include gateway and commercial acquiring services for three years.
The implementation will provide all Availpro’s hotel customers around the world a secure solution to enable payments in multiple currencies.
The solution will prevent double booking and mitigate the chances of fraudulent booking. Furthermore, the hotels can optimise their payments after a direct settlement with the customers.
Availpro global manager for partnership & business development Léa Vernet said: “Our goal is to provide our hotel clients with top-notch payment solutions for their global distribution.
“This partnership extends hotels’ reach worldwide thanks to local currency and payment mode management: guests can now pay the way they want in their own currency.

Moreover, this partnership is expected to benefit around 11,500 hotels associated with Availpro’s Channel Manager and Smart Booking Engine.
Worldline managing director of merchant services Vincent Roland said: “Our partnership with Availpro serves both the hospitality industry and hotel guests by directly debiting the sum paid online for a room.
“Hotels now receive their payment at the time of the booking; avoiding any risk of double or fraudulent booking while reducing the transaction cost.
“In the long run, our objective is to implement our credit card terminals in the lobbies of Availpro’s hotel clients.”
