North American apparel brand Carter has launched a new branded credit card programme in its retail stores and online channels.

The credit card provides its customers with more ways to earn reward points while shopping.

The card is expected to be available at all US websites and stores later this summer and at select markets anytime this month.

The branded card is an improvement to the company’s existing Rewarding Moments loyalty programme,  which has more than 12 million active members.

The card has been designed to provide shoppers with new rewards such as exclusive cardholder-only events, double points and free shipping.

Carter’s has teamed up with Alliance Data to launch this card to the market.
