American clothing and home decor retailer Lands’ End has rolled out a new private label credit card in collaboration with payment technology firm Alliance Data.

The new Visa-branded credit card provides the cardholders with free standard shipping on all Lands’ End online orders in the US without any fixed minimum spend.

Commenting on the launch of the new card, Lands’ End senior vice president of marketing Mike Holahan said: “This is a new and exciting venture for Lands’ End. We’re thrilled to continue building on our best-in-class customer service by offering our customers a new, easy way to shop their favourite Lands’ End products online and in stores all while saving money and enjoying special perks.”

Lands’ End said that the cardholders will be to able avail additional benefits that include a 50% discount on their first Lands’ End credit card shopping at landsend.com.

Additionally, cardholders in their birthday month can avail $50 rebate on orders of $100 or more at landsend.com or Lands’ End stores.

They can also earn five reward points for every dollar spent on landsend.com or Lands’ End store shopping.

After earning 500 points, the cardholders will be offered a $5 reward certificate, which can be exchanged at Lands’ End.

As part of the collaboration, Alliance Data will provide a private label Lands’ End credit card. It can be used exclusively at Lands’ End stores and its online platform.
