American Express and Delta Air Lines have partnered to relaunch the Delta SkyMiles American Express Card portfolio.

The new credit card portfolio will enable the cardholders to accumulate more miles on everyday shopping and access more travel perks starting 30 January next year.

Each customised credit card, according to American Express, will include new perks to fulfil the requirements of different types of travellers.

The cardholders will be able to earn double miles on restaurants across the globe. Additionally, they can access to The American Express Centurion Lounges, as well as earn Medallion status faster.

Delta senior vice president of customer engagement & loyalty Sandeep Dube said: “We’re constantly listening to our customers and spent the last year digging deep on what they expect from an industry-leading Card.

“The result is a diverse portfolio of redesigned cards that will deliver rich rewards and benefits that give travellers unmatched options that fit their lifestyle needs.
