Electronic payment provider ACI Worldwide has joined forces with Australian proactive performance management software provider, Integrated Research, to launch Prognosis 10 for payments monitoring.
According to ACI, the new Prognosis 10 will support ACI Payments Service Management to offer integrated performance management for its payments and fraud management environments.

Prognosis 10 will also offer new capabilities such as mobile access, powerful reporting, and business insight for in-depth monitoring and analysis of transactions, applications, IT infrastructure and payment devices.
Additionally, Prognosis 10 will provide real-time business insight across multiple delivery channels, payment types and devices including mobile, online, POS and ATM.
Furthermore, the new mobile capabilities of Prognosis 10 will expand the remote access to employees offering them real-time data on their environments.
