Accrualify taps Visa to launch corporate card programme

US-based spend management platform Accrualify has joined Visa’s Fintech Fast Track Programme to roll out its corporate card module for financial institutions.

Visa’s Fintech Fast Track programme enables fintech partners like Accrualify to create new financial products on Visa’s payments network.

Accrualify will leverage Visa’s payment infrastructure to launch a Visa corporate card programme for its new and existing corporate clients.

Through this programme, the clients can issue virtual and plastic corporate cards to end consumers.

Visa SVP and global head of fintech Terry Angelos said: “By joining Visa’s Fast Track programme, exciting Fintechs like Accrualify gain unprecedented access to Visa experts, technology, and resources.”

Accrualify’s co-branded Visa card programme provides financial institutions with controls over spending limits, category restrictions, merchant restrictions, and use frequency.

It also allows real-time spend tracking and offers employee spend management with pre-approved expenses, as well as enhanced fraud controls.

Accrualify CEO Benjamin Portusach said: “The digital transformation of payments creates an exciting opportunity for us to leverage our accounts payable automation technology with Visa’s global payment network to give corporate finance teams a complete spend management solution.

“We are working to transform spend management. Our corporate card module now has the global leadership and payment expertise of Visa to put us at the forefront of digital B2B payments.”
