456 Victoria Parade
East Melbourne
VIC 3002

iSignthis is a leading e-money, payments and identity technology company, publicly listed on the Australian Securities (ASX: ISX) and Frankfurt Stock Exchange (FRA: TA8).

Through our patented Paydentity™ and ISXPay® solutions, we enable online businesses to stay on top of the regulatory curve while optimising payment cycles in a safe, comprehensive and cost-effective manner.

The company’s core services include remote identity verification, payment authentication and processing, card acquiring and transactional banking services.

We are a European Economic Area (EEA) authorised Monetary Financial institution and have licences to operate transactional banking services across Europe and Australia.

We are principal members (Tier 1) of Visa, Mastercard and JCB, as well as an aggregation partner of American Express, with SWIFT membership and Central Banking Facilities.

Our headquarters is in Melbourne, Australia; our operations centre is in Cyprus, with regional offices in London and Amsterdam.

Identity verification platform

Our flagship product Paydentity is a patented process that enables online businesses to onboard paying customers in up to five minutes.

We combine identity verification with the authentication of the end user’s payment to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (CFT) regulatory requirements.

Our solution can reach any person verified by a regulated financial institution in any low-risk jurisdiction, or approximately 4.3 billion people. As a result, our ‘know your customers’ (KYC) ‘match’ rates through Paydentity exceed 62% of the global population, with match rates nearing 100% for developed nations and Financial Action Task Force (FATF) member jurisdictions.

Paydentity offers:

  • Card-not-present (CNP) fraud prevention
  • Digital KYC
  • Evidence to defend against chargeback
  • Payment gateway
  • Risk-based analytics
  • Secure customer authentication

Through our advanced user dashboard, merchants can monitor payments and transactions, adjust risk rules and have access to advanced action and reporting functionalities simultaneously from a single platform.

Unified payments platform for online companies

Our iSXPay® solution offers a reliable, unified payment platform that allows online businesses to obtain the benefits of more payments, as well as provide flexibility and ease to global users.

Merchants can accept and process payments from all major card providers in the end-user’s preferred currency. To offer convenience and choice in payments, merchants can accept alternative and local payment methods with a single integration.

As principal members of Visa, Mastercard, JCB and American Express, merchants can benefit from our direct connection with these networks. It enables businesses to profit from improved acceptance and authorisation rates, as well as faster conversions.

Merchants can use our in-house card acquiring and/or route and process payments to their preferred acquirer. They can also use our partnership agreements with acquirers such as the National Bank of Australia.

We offer a full range of gateway, risk management and risk avoidance services to allow clients to efficiently reconcile and monitor user transactions in real-time.

Some of our iSXPay features include:

  • Intelligent routing
  • Card tokenisation
  • Two-factor authentication
  • Transaction monitoring
  • Advanced reporting

Banking platforms for high-risk businesses

As a licensed e-money institution, we offer transactional banking services specifically tailored for the high-risk sector businesses in the foreign exchange (FX), contract for difference (CFD), e-gaming, gambling, money service and remittance industries.

Our business-to-business euro-based accounts allow merchants to retain funds on deposit with iSignthis and utilise those funds to make payments easily to their suppliers, including marketing companies, government agencies, and utility and service providers.

Available payout options include SWIFT, SEPA and Original Credit Transaction to a Visa card.

Suppliers are screened for anti-money laundering purposes via our Paydentity service, enabling rapid issue of IBANs, with instant onboarding and full unrestricted account operation.

Account holders can open IBAN accounts (in the customer’s own name) in more than 25 currencies, and access customised, low-cost FX solutions and global clearing methods such as SEPA, SWIFT and more.
