PayEase, an affiliate of Mozido, has partnered with South Korean payment provider KG Inicis to provide electronic payment services for businesses and consumers within China and South Korea.

Following the deal, PayEase will assist international sellers enter the South Korean market while KG Inicis will provide a convenient payment service to consumers within China.

Michael Liberty, founder and chairman of strategic global initiatives at Mozido, said: "This strategic partnership with KG Inicis provides more convenient and secure payment services for the many businesses and consumers within both China and South Korea.

"PayEase is delighted to partner with KG Inicis to develop foreign markets, expand online and offline payment services, and provide customers within China and South Korea more options and better service."

A KG Inicis representative said: "Partnering with PayEase is an important milestone for KG Inicis.  KG Inicis will help PayEase increase market share in South Korea, meanwhile, PayEase will be able to help KG Inicis to obtain more market share within China.  Eventually a broad, cross-border settlement network of e-commerce payment services will result from this key partnership."
