What do corporates want most from banks?
This was the question SunGard posed in its
latest study – and it turns out that corporates want clarity in
payment services offered to them.

Almost half (48%) of the respondents said they
did not know what payment services their bank offered, or skipped
answering this question altogether.
From these 48%, about 66 respondents said they
do not receive the payment service they require or need from their
current bank. These respondents cited an integrated solution and
vendor enrolment services as the most in-demand payment service and
product.
45% of the respondents said they would leave
their bank if they could find a better payment service
elsewhere.

provides these features and services,” said Rob Jacobson, senior
vice-president of payment services at SunGard’s AvantGard.
