Online application provider App55 and Worldpay
have teamed up to launch a white labelled solution for retailers
with a payment-by-password option.
The new system allows retailers to offer their
customers the option of using any web-enabled device to make secure
credit card purchases, including mobile handsets.

growth area,” said Gabriel Hopkins, head of eCommerce products at
WorldPay.
“It is vital for retailers to keep pace with
demand by introducing new and innovative payment mechanisms in line
with customer expectations. The new solution will offer simple and
convenient payments, which could prove instrumental in driving
future revenues.”
Retailers can use App55’s Card Hub to include
the service for current online business and mobile and social
commerce.
