Foreign exchange services provider Moneycorp
is going to outsource the management of its ATM estate to
VocaLink.
Moneycorp, whose ATM services are available at four UK airports
and in major cities, expects to grow their market share over the
next years with this partnership.

provide DCC and other services to our customers”, said Mark Horgan,
CEO at Moneycorp.
VocaLink’s Dynamic
Currency Conversion (DDC) service for Moneycorp allows the ATM
to perform a conversion into the currency the card was issued
in.
Moneycorp said this DDC service provides a new revenue
opportunity for the ATM operator as previously this conversion
would have been performed by the card issuer.
VocaLink is providing also what the companies called a
‘one-stop-shop’ ATM managed service. That includes a card scheme
sponsorship for acquiring MasterCard and Visa ATM transactions.
