InComm, a Georgia-based marketer and distributor of gift and prepaid products, has extended its partnership with Asda, a UK-based subsidiary of Wal-Mart Stores, by launching gift cards in the self-service checkout areas of Asda stores.

InComm also worked with Asda to provide customers the ability to purchase gift cards from Asda.com.

The new launch will also allow customers to purchase third-party gift cards online and have the physical card delivered to their requested address.

InComm and Asda have already expanded the successful gift card category in stores to offer more than 45 brands across multiple categories including retail, music, apps, digital content, gaming, lifestyle and entertainment.

Currently, there are more than 25 different brands to choose from with further plans to expand the range already underway.

Asda cards and lending head, Katie Walley, said they have recently renewed their long-standing partnership with InComm due to their continued dedication to the Asda account.
