Rev Worldwide, a payment innovations company, and the foreign exchange specialist Travelex have collaborated with UnionPay International to launch a reloadable prepaid card, named The Travelex NiHao Card.

The Travelex NiHao Card, with UnionPay playing the issuer, will see Rev as the technology partner and processor while Travelex will distribute and market the product directly to consumers.
The card, which is an instant-issue reloadable UnionPay prepaid product, will be available over the counter at all Travelex branch locations throughout Hong Kong with acceptance permitted online and at over 9.5 million retail merchants besides at over 500,000 ATMs across China.
Rev Worldwide CEO John Mitchell said: "This is an important development for us, beyond the launch of another innovative travel card, in that we are launching our first product intended for broad usage within China."
