Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Singapore (ICBC) has rolled out a new dual currency credit card that allows customers to make payments in both US dollar and Singapore dollar.
The new offering, dubbed as ICBC Visa USD/SGD Dual Currency Credit Card, allows cardholders to enjoy transactions free of administrative fees when making their purchases in US dollar.
The card, which combines US dollar and Singapore dollar customer accounts, has been designed to ease the additional costs that customers tend to bear, which can be up to 2.5%. It will also offer benefits such as cash back rewards.
ICBC Singapore general manager Zhang Weiwu said: "At ICBC, we are constantly striving to improve our financial services to focus on our customers and to create more value for them through our services."
ICBC Singapore has introduced its first yuan and Sing dollar dual currency credit card in 2011.
