FleetCor Technologies, a US-based fuel cards and workforce payment products provider, has purchased Dutch fuel card issuer Travelcard Nederland from LeasePlan.
Commenting on the deal, FleetCor Technologies chairman and CEO Ron Clarke said: “We are excited to announce this transaction with LeasePlan, one of our most important partners.

Established in 1986, Travelcard issues fuel cards and offers complementary services to its customers in the Netherlands to pay for other mobility-related services.
Financial terms of the transaction have not been revealed.
