Virtual Piggy, a US-based provider of Oink payment technology, has collaborated with Plinga to offer payment technology for their various games.
Under the deal, Virtual Piggy will provide its Oink mobile-first payment technology, which allows retailers and game publishers to reach consumers in a safe, legal and effective manner while being compliant with the FTC and other international regulations.
Virtual Piggy said that its technology will serve as a digital family wallet and allows safe, secure transactions.
Plinga CEO, Florian Schmidt-Amelung, said: "We’re very excited about our new partnership with Oink which allows us to offer millions of players an easy transaction system in their favourite games.
"With the implementation of Oink’s GamePay solution we are able to provide an intuitive and safe transaction method for all our gamers on several thousand social, game and media portals connected to Plinga’s virtual games network world wide."
Founded in 2009, Plinga connects social application and game developers with social networks internationally.
