ANZ has launched a new banking solution for small to medium businesses to enable customers to make any payment, any time, from any device.
With the launch, ANZ has become the first bank in New Zealand to offer mobile payments solutions for customers ranging from individuals to large institutional clients.
ANZ Direct Mobile has been designed to enable business owners to view their balances and transactions and approve and release domestic payment batches from their phone or tablet that operate on the iOS or Android operating system.
ANZ New Zealand Retail & Business Banking managing director, Fred Ohlsson, said: "ANZ is embracing a new era as the ‘total mobile’ bank. From mum and dad, to tradesmen or local companies, right up to the largest corporates doing business internationally, we have a mobile solution enabling our customers to make any payment, any time, anywhere, and from the device of their choice.
