UAE telecom operator Etisalat has collaborated with UAE Exchange, a remittance and foreign exchange brand, to expand its seamless payment service with addition of 132 UAE Exchange branches in the country.
Etisalat CFO Ahmed M Al Awadi said that company is excited to form a partnership with UAE Exchange that allows the telecom operator to leverage UAE Exchange’s extensive network across the UAE and widen customers’ options for routine activities such as bill payments and subscription renewals.
UAE Exchange COO – Global Operations Sudhir Kumar Shetty said: "The partnership with Etisalat is a major step in our endeavour to diversify our services to the advantage of our customers. Our payment solutions play a very significant role in our diversified services strategy and Etisalat being a leader in the telecom sector, we consider this partnership as an important endorsement of our capabilities."
In addition, the telecom company has extended its existing payment options to over 11 channels, including Etisalat Business Centres, Etisalat Online Service, Public Cash Payment Machines, Auto Pay and Mobile Pay, IVR101 & 142.
