The four companies will initially provide credit card and loan financing services to funeral customers with plans to expand the payment and financial services for the funeral market and gradually venturing into the wedding ceremony market.
Ceremony Pay will allow customers to pay with credit card, credit card loans or other financing services cash apart from cash payments.
The service will offer payment services to funeral service companies besides providing guaranteed payment to them if funeral customers fail to make scheduled payment for the funeral expenses.
VeriTrans will provide technical support for Ceremony Pay using its services VeriTrans 3G, mobile payment system and telephone response system IVR Payment Solution while Credit Saison will provide instant credit card application and credit card loan application services across 46 locations in Japan via telephone.
