PayPal’s international money transfer service Xoom has partnered with Paykii to enable international bill payments to Jamaica.
Paykii operates what is claimed to be the world’s largest set of payments rails for local and global bill payment, covering thousands of billers in over 20 countries.

The partnership will allow Xoom users to pay utility, insurance and financial services billers in Jamaica using Paykii’s bill payment platform.
Xoom’s money transfer service can be utilised by customers in the US, UK, Canada and 37 markets across Europe to make bill payments in Jamaica.
Xoom VP & GM Julian King said: “We’re excited to partner with Paykii to launch our bill payments service to Jamaica, so Jamaicans living abroad have access to a fast and easy way to help family and loved ones securely pay for life necessities like utilities and mobile phone service.

Xoom allows people in Ireland, who remit over $2.5bn annually, to quickly send money to, pay bills for and top up phones in more than 130 markets internationally.
