Conduent has joined forces with PayPal to expedite child support payments in the US.
The collaboration will enable users to make child support payments to related agencies through their PayPal accounts. These accounts will be linked to ExpertPay, Conduent’s child support payment portal, to transfer the fund to the agencies.
The process removes the need for the users to provide their bank information or credit card details to complete such transactions.
Conduent Global Public Sector Solutions president Mark Brewer said: “As a market leader in child support, we’re teaming up with PayPal to offer businesses and citizens more convenient and secure options.
“This collaboration also supports the mission of our state government clients, which must ensure child support payments are delivered to the families and children who need them.”
ExpertPay is a multi-state child support payment portal that enables remittances in compliance with state-level regulations. The solution supports multiple payments at one time, including to different states.
