Planet Payment, a provider multi-currency credit payment processing services, has collaborated with Malaysian lender CIMB Bank to roll out its dynamic currency conversion solution, Pay in Your Currency, to the bank’s portfolio of merchants in Malaysia.
The solution offers international visitors using eligible Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards an option to pay for goods and services in Malaysian Ringgit or in their own currency.

Using the dynamic currency conversion solution, merchants can cut processing costs on foreign transactions and continue to receive settlement and reporting in Ringgit without delay in funding, Planet Payment said.
CIMB Bank head of cards, retail assets and deposits Vipin Kumar Agrawal said: "We look forward to working with Planet Payment to provide our merchants with Pay in Your Currency, a best-in-class personalized pricing solution that will improve business for our merchants, while enhancing customer service for their international clientele."
