Pacific region – the American Express Cathay Pacific Elite credit

being launched initially in Hong Kong and Taiwan, with plans
underway for other Asian markets. The co-branded credit cards offer
a faster way to earn flight awards and a wide array of lifestyle

LAC. Transactions totalled $4.92 billion in 2005 and $7.83 billion
in 2006. Venezuela has the fastest growing e-commerce market in

Mexico’s IXE Grupo Financiero to launch a new
bank, Banco Mexicano de Consumo. IXE says it will
