Worldpay has extended its exclusive agreement to provide embedded payment services to Henry Schein One, a US-based dental software provider.

The partnership, which has been in place since 2004, is serving over 75,000 practices.

The collaboration has seen the integration of payment processing into Henry Schein One’s software, facilitating payment experiences for both dental practices and their patients.

By leveraging Worldpay for Platforms, Henry Schein One has been able to offer solutions such as triPOS and hosted payments pages, which are designed to provide automated payment experiences.

The agreement also brings practical benefits to dental practices, as it allows for the integration of payment processing into the patient intake process.

Henry Schein One vice president of product and operations Nick Davies said: “This new long-term agreement enables us to invest and innovate to transform our revenue cycle by enabling patients to securely load payment details in advance, approve charges, and experience a frictionless checkout.

“We are excited to continue working with Henry Schein One to deliver a unified omnichannel experience to their end users, a need that grows more important as software platforms seek to power the possible and become the everything platform to the verticals they serve.”

Last month, Worldpay expanded its Worldpay for Platforms service to include Canada and the UK, while also growing its operations in Australia.

The service is designed to enable software providers to incorporate payment processing into their platforms, simplifying transactions for both developers and merchants.
