Worldline, a provider of payment and transactional services, has extended its credit card processing partnership with comdirect for a further seven years.
The renewed contract will cover technical processing and manual services, including card stop and chargeback services.
The contract will also include introduction of innovative, future-oriented solutions for the bank’s customers, including contactless payments services.
Through its contract extension with Worldline, comdirect aims to ensure that it portfolio continues to comply by the highest security and compliance standards, as well as guarantee security over investments at a market cost-effective level for the bank.
