German fintech Wirecard has partnered with HERE Mobility to develop integrated B2B2C payment and mobility services.
A unit of HERE Technologies, HERE Mobility is an open marketplace for transportation services connecting around two million vehicles.
Under the agreement, the two companies agreed to team up on multiple projects that include exploring predictive mobility services.
As part of the initiative, Wirecard’s digital banking and payment app boon.PLANET will be integrated with HERE Mobility’s Marketplace.
It will enable boon.PLANET users to book and pay for rides through HERE Mobility Marketplace within the boon.PLANET app.
Additionally, Wirecard platform can process customers’ geolocation and mobility profiles to offer value added services.
