WEX has expanded the availability of Visa commercial virtual cards in the North American and European markets.
The move advances their existing collaboration in commercial B2B payment solutions. It will enable commercial payment customers in these regions to use the Visa virtual cards for transactions.
Till now, WEX has been issuing Visa commercial virtual cards in the US and UK in the USD, GBP and EUR currencies. The offerings will soon be expanded to new geographies and currencies.
The WEX virtual credit cards provide the customers with additional security and payment authorisation controls.
The partnership with Visa enables WEX to simplify transaction process and boost global merchant acceptance options.

WEX focuses on providing payment processing and business solutions across multiple sectors. It operates in more than ten countries and in more than 20 currencies through its associates around the world.
