MasterCard plans to continue delivering
debit payment solutions and processing capabilities for bank-based
financial services company, KeyBank.

As a result of the new multi-year contract,
Ohio-headquartered KeyBank hopes to continue to provide its
consumer and business customers with security when they use their
debit card online, in stores or at an ATM.

A joint statement said that KeyBank’s Debit
MasteCard programme will add the capability for PIN-based
transactions along with established signature purchases and ATM
withdrawal functionalities.

KeyBank said it will implement the debit and
prepaid transaction processing capabilities of MasterCard
Integrated Processing Solutions.
