United TranzActions (UTA), a US-based payment solution provider, has inked an agreement with DadeSystems, a provider of next generation payment solutions, to expand its payment processing offerings.

UTA will add DadePay’s AR Automation receivables management system and its electronic bill presentment and payment (EBPP) solution, e-payments, to boost its product portfolio.

As part of the deal, UTA client’s can also access advanced features including the ability to accept payments in any form cash, check, wire, ACH and credit card and then match those payments to open AR invoices.

In addition, UTA clients will also use capabilities offered by DadeSystem’s straight-through processing architecture to enhance cash flow and reduce days sales outstanding (DSOs).

UTA president Dean Middleton said: "Today’s complex, rapidly-changing payments environment requires innovative strategies and smart partnerships like this to ensure that our clients always have access to the most advanced solutions available in the industry."

DadeSystems president and CEO Bill Zayas said: "UTA has a proven track record of helping clients increase efficiency, maximize revenue, reduce risk and decrease costs. We look forward to joining forces with UTA and leveraging our combined capabilities to deliver ongoing value to their clients."
