Georgia-based TSYS has launched the enhanced version of its online self-servicing solution, Credit Care.

The updated version provides consumer cardholders with improved user experience and issuing banks with greater administrative control.

The new features of Credit Care include flexible user interface with which customers can easily access their accounts through mobile devices.

Other upgraded features include single sign-on access from host bank websites, account payment options and an administrative console.

TSYS global product group executive, Paul Bridgewater, said TSYS is focused on enhancing all end-user touch points, and these enhancements to Credit Care are part of the first wave of products being optimised to ensure a seamless user experience anytime, anywhere.

"We are intent upon enriching the user experience on behalf of our clients, regardless of choice of device," Bridgewater added.
