American bill pay technology provider TIO Networks and New Jersey’s utility company Public Service Electric and Gas Company (PSE&G) has formed a partnership, under which, TIO will introduce bill payment kiosks in the company’s customer service centers.
With the launch of these kiosks across select 16 centers, PSE&G’s customers will be enabled with an option to pay bills with cash, checks and bank automated clearing house (ACH). It will also help them with extended hours for making cash payments at local retail locations.
TIO vice president Amit Verma said that TIO, appointed as an authorized payment processor for PSE&G, will offer real-time posting and kiosk services at every PSE&G Customer Service Center and authorized payment capabilities at over 2,000 local retailers.
"Our growing partnerships with utilities, billers and retailers enable TIO to continue expanding a network of payment services that provide better access and more convenience to our clients’ customers," added Verma.
Further, TIO will offer real-time processing solutions to a growing number of other billers and a network of conveniently located kiosks, over the counter POS technology and mobile payments.
