The retail card services business of TD Bank has signed private-label credit card programme agreement with American furniture chain Ethan Allen Interiors.

The agreement is aimed at offering the retailer’s clients flexible financing options in order to enhance their experience across brick and mortar locations as well as online.

TD Bank will develop a ‘seamless’ purchasing framework in collaboration with Ethan Allen to augment the customer experience.

Apart from financing, the bank will identify opportunities and develop new offering that could drive the retailer’s sales and also help it better engage with customers.

TD Bank general manager of retail card services, unsecured lending and business development Mike Rittler said: “We’re thrilled to launch our partnership with Ethan Allen. At TD, we work to provide unparalleled financing programs and business driving insights that propel our partners to the next level.

“With Ethan Allen, we’re excited to bring this level of service to their customers and look forward to creating a unique, first-of-its kind partnership.”
