
Canada-based TD Bank has launched its refreshed portfolio of TD Aeroplan Visa credit cards to deliver extensive travel perks, reward points and other offers to cardholders.
The refreshed TD Aeroplan cards offers expanded air travel and insurance benefits to new and existing cardholders.
They will automatically get access to the Aeroplan programme and the updated card benefits, the bank said.
In addition, cardmembers can now use the Aeroplan Family Sharing scheme to combine their points with others and redeem rewards earlier.

Aeroplan members can now earn 50% more points for their app or in-store purchases at Starbucks, effective 8 November, for one year.

By GlobalDataFor every $1 spent, the TD Aeroplan Visa Platinum cardholders will earn 1 Aeroplan point while TD Aeroplan Visa Infinite will earn 1.5 points.
Moreover, both the TD Aeroplan Visa Infinite Privilege and the TD Aeroplan Visa Business cardholders will earn 2.25 Aeroplan points per $1 spent.
Additionally, the Infinite Privilege cardholders will get free first checked bag, priority check-in and boarding, and complimentary access to Maple Leaf Lounges and Air Canada Cafés.
The new TD Aeroplan Visa cardholders can also earn up to 50,000 points as a welcome bonus.
The Infinite, Infinite Privilege and Business cardholders will also receive a bonus ‘Buddy’ pass.
Using this pass, they can buy a second ticket by just paying taxes and third-party charges. This is applicable for booking an economy ticket with Air Canada.
