Speedway, a US-based convenience store chain and First Bankcard, a division of First National Bank of Omaha, have launched a rewards credit card with one-swipe technology.

Speedy Rewards MasterCard provides customers an easy way to pay and manage their fuel and merchandise rewards points using just one card.
The numbers of Speedy Rewards members are embedded in the magnetic stripe and bar code printed on the back of the card, providing cardholders the exclusive feature of swiping just one card at the pump or inside the store.
Tony Kenney, president of Speedway, said: "We are excited about the convenience our customers will experience from our new co-branded consumer credit card offering with First Bankcard.
"The card will provide our customers a simple and straight-forward method to make a payment while earning Speedy Rewards loyalty points faster than ever."

By GlobalDataCardholders earn 50 points per dollar by using the card for purchases at Speedway and 10 points per dollar on all other purchases.
In addition, customers who spend a minimum of $500 with the card during the first three billing cycles are eligible to receive 25,000 bonus points.
