Skye Bank head of Technology and Service Delivery Channels Markie Idowu stated that the initiative will eradicate the issues associated with logistics and delays that hinder the delivery of debit cards to customers.
According to Skye Bank head of E-Channels Akinwale Ojo, the bank has significantly improved its up time and responsive time to 92% through series of initiatives that have made the bank’s automatic teller machines very efficient.
