Sionic Mobile has selected Visa payment management platform CyberSource to improve the security of digital card transactions.

Under the collaboration, Sionic Mobile will utilise CyberSource’s payment security solution and digital card payment services for its ULink offering. This is a universal linking service connecting mobile consumers and retail merchants.

Furthermore, ULink will leverage CyberSource Token Management Service to manage consumers’ payment card security.

It will also utilise CyberSource’s payment processing platform to submit card payment authorisations to participating merchants.

In addition, customers paying for food, fuel and other services can secure their transactions with Visa’s payment security.
