Following the acquisition, GoGorilla will be rebranded as Sandpiper Digital Payments Asia.
Sandpiper in a statement said that GoGorilla’s employees will join its team to help the company expand in the region.
The new Sandpiper Asia team will expand their platform and service offerings with full support into venues and long-term installations such as theme parks and stadiums.
