Frazier Healthcare Partners’ portfolio company RevSpring has acquired TrustCommerce, which provides integrated healthcare payment and security solutions.
In a statement, RevSpring said that the acquisition will further build on its Best in KLAS patient financial experience platform as it seeks to speed up product development in financial engagement and payments.

RevSpring CEO Scott MacKenzie said: “This acquisition expands the scale of our platform and enhances our capabilities in integrated payments.

As agreed, RevSpring will integrate TrustCommerce’s enterprise gateway connectivity into its payments and financial engagement platform. The combined company also expects to leverage TrustCommerce’s integrated payments footprint.

RevSpring said TrustCommerce will extend its reach in EHR-integrated payments while continuing to support flexibility in merchant services.
The company added that the customers will be able to choose RevSpring’s merchant platform or keep existing relationships while maintaining integration.
The expanded gateway integrations will also increase connectivity to payment processors and devices to support routing options and bring-your-own-merchant onboarding.
The announcement follows RevSpring’s acquisition of Kyruus Health, which the company said supports its strategy to provide more connected healthcare experiences.
RevSpring provides communications and payment solutions for healthcare organisations across print, digital, and voice channels. The company processes more than 60 million payment transactions and collects more than $14bn in patient payments each year.
