Omnichannel global payment platform PXP has launched its standalone POS payment solution, aimed at simplifying in-person payment processing for merchants.  

The solution, part of the PXP Unity orchestration platform, supports various payment methods and ensures transactions without the need for additional hardware. 

It provides an “all-in-one” system for accepting payments from card schemes, contactless, and mobile wallets.  

It is designed to deliver an omnichannel experience, with uptime and monitoring systems that allow merchants to focus on their core business activities. 

The new offering is PCI DSS-compliant and EMV-certified.  

The application allows card payment acceptance on Android-based POS terminals, initially supporting the Castles S1F2 model, and features a simple activation process.

PXP’s solution allows for personalisation and customisation, enabling merchants to adapt the payment experience to their branding and operational needs. 

Although customisation options will be limited at launch, PXP intends to expand these features based on customer feedback, including user management and additional payment methods.

This announcement follows PXP’s recent rebranding and the launch of the PXP Unity platform.
