Debit and ATM network PULSE has signed a
long-term acceptance agreement with NETs (NetWorks).
NetWorks, a electronic funds transfer
services, will be installing more than 1,400 of its ATMs in the
Midwest to accept PULSE, Discover and Diners Club International
cards.

NetWorks will also be able to expand ATM
acceptance through PULSE’s 380,000 US ATMs.
Cathy Morrissey, NetWorks president said:
“Aligning with PULSE as a network partner gives our members strong
nationwide PIN POS acceptance, along with expanded ATM access,”

ensures our members’ debit card programs are in compliance with the
Durbin Amendment’s prohibition on network exclusivity
arrangements”
