Payment processor First Data has extended its contract with Polands Getin Noble Bank until 2018, adding fraud detection services to the services it provides.
The agreement further strengthens First Data presence in Poland, the announcement coming days after a partnership deal with newly established SGB-Bank.

The new agreement with Getin Noble Bank will extend the scope of services provided by First Data, which currently include issuing card issuing, management and authorisation, as well as transaction settlement services.
In addition, First Data will now provide the bank with a fraud detection and notification services, through its Proactive Risk Manager system.
