Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council (PCI Council) has validated the patented CardSecure P2PE solution, designed by CardConnect, a payment processing and technology solutions provider, as a solution and application for point-to-point encryption (P2PE).

The CardSecure P2PE solution will now provide businesses with payment security while reducing the scope of PCI DSS compliance requirements.
The solution, which is applied to both retail (card-present) and call centre (card-not-present) transactions, will fully eliminate clear-text cardholder data from a merchant’s processing environment.
