German fintech startup PAYMILL has partnered with PayPal to expand the range of payment methods offered by its online payment solution.

PAYMILL founder and CEO Mark Henkel said: "Together with credit and debit card, PayPal completes our range of payment methods, that cover nearly all transactions in most European countries."

The partnership will enable merchants across Europe to accept payments globally in more than 100 currencies andover 34 countries, PAYMILL said.

"Merchants simply have to add a few lines of codes to their website as an interface to PAYMILL. From there onwards PAYMILL takes care of the transaction with heavy-duty security measures already built in," the Munich-based startup said.

"Our vision was to make the payment process as simple as possible and to enable others to focus on what they want to achieve with their online presence," Henkel added.
