NXT-ID, a security technology company, has unveiled the new flye smart card in collaboration with WorldVentures at the Money20/20 payment and fintech conference held in Las Vegas, US.

After that, the smart card was distributed to several hundred WorldVentures' members for the first time at 'A View from the Edge', held in Las Vegas from 28 to 30 October 2016. The US-based recipients will be beta testing flye in the fourth quarter of 2016.

Developed for WorldVentures' travel club members, flye can load up to 10 records such as credit cards, loyalty cards, identity cards, and other data.

The smart card features a touch swipe functionality that enables the smart cardholders to select the payment method they want to use.

The card can be used as a payment method in the same way as a credit card, where accepted; and, earn loyalty points at select restaurants globally that can be used towards DreamTrips vacations.

NXT-ID CEO Gino Pereira said, "We were overwhelmed by the level of enthusiasm from WorldVentures members at the View. Together we look forward to launching the smartest card you'll ever own."
