The round included participation from Endeit Capital, FJ Labs, LocalGlobe, Felix Capital, and a group of angel investors.

Noah stated that the capital will be used to “expand and accelerate” international money transfer services.

The proceeds will also fund broader regulatory coverage, the hiring of engineering and compliance specialists, and deeper integrations with local payment rails in high-volume corridors.

As part of its expansion in the US, the company plans to establish an office in New York.

Noah Co-Founder and CEO Shah Ramezani said: “Stablecoins combine the flexibility of digital currencies with the stability of fiat currencies to allow money to move at the speed of the internet.

“Noah is building the infrastructure that will make one-click international transactions possible everywhere, with full compliance at both the origination and destination of funds. Just as neobanks have revolutionised domestic banking, we want to redefine global money transfer markets.”

The company reported adding more than 150 customers during 2026. Its client base includes financial institutions and digital platforms across remittances, fintech, marketplaces, and payroll.

Noah currently operates across more than 150 markets and supports over 60 currencies. Its platform links stablecoin settlement directly to domestic payment rails for enterprise clients, individuals, neobanks, and workforce platforms.
