UK-based gift voucher and prepaid gift card provider Park Group’s Love2shop flexecash cards have been signed up by nine new retail brands, which brings the total number of brands accepting the cards to 59.

The retailers are PC World, Currys, Beaverbrooks, Waterstones, The Perfume Shop, Unique Track Days and Matalan’s new sporting outlet Sporting Pro, including Alton Towers and Splash Landings Hotel.

Currently, the EPOS required to accept the cards are in the final stages of completing installation and will enter into service for the Christmas 2013 shopping period.

Additionally, the Love2shop voucher is now accepted by Britannia Hotels, Pontins, Rox Diamonds & Thrills, Spaghetti House Restaurants, The West Cornwall Pasty Company and Unique Track Days.

Park Group chief executive Chris Houghton said: "The addition of these retail brands broadens the choice and variety for customers of the Love2shop vouchers and flexecash® cards, who last year spent over £300 million on Love2shop products.
