NCR has deployed its APTRA interactive teller machines at North Shore Bank, making it the first bank in Wisconsin to offer the ATMs.
The new ATM is installed at North Shore Bank’s newest Konesha branch, which allows extended service hours and enhanced customer experience.
The APTRA interactive teller machine not only allows people to communicate with live remote teller, but also provides the teller remote control to conduct transactions on the machine.
North Shore Bank branch operations vice president, Susan Doyle, said they are constantly looking for ways to help families with their daily finances.
"With this new software from NCR, we will be able to provide more convenient banking services to our customers while still offering the same high-touch, personalized service for which North Shore Bank is known," Doyle added.
Additionally, the APTRA Interactive Teller allows banks to offer services during non-traditional banking hours, build new small-footprint branches, and provide full teller services in areas not served by branches.
